We have inspected and reported to clients on over 2600 vehicles and appeared for both defense and
plaintiff at 65 Depositions, Trails, Arbitrations, and Mediations for the following
items:
| Standard of Care of Automotive/Tire Business – owned/operated Tire and Auto Repair store - were the proper tires selected? Were they properly mounted on the vehicle? Was there a proper inspection of the vehicle/tires that should have located additional safety hazards? |
Tire examination –– can normally determine if tire failed due to impact/poor repair/old age/etc, or if it needs further investigation by a laboratory as a possible defectively manufactured tire. Has taught courses on tires to insurance personnel and attorneys. |
Vehicle Fire Cause and Origin - is a Certified Vehicle Fire Investigator – qualified to testify in State and Federal Courts – teaches vehicle fire courses. |
Brake failure – Certified ASE Brake Technician – qualified to testify as to brake issues.
